A great vegetarian meal!
OLIVE SPAGHETTI:
(Sylvia's favorite)
-1lb spaghetti, cooked
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 cups parsley, chopped
-1 jar pimentos
-2 cups black olives, chopped
-2 cups walnuts, chopped
-2 cups grated cheese (optional)
-Olive oil for sauteing
Saute garlic in oil until browned. Add cooked spaghetti and saute until coated with oil. Add all other ingredients. Mix and Serve!!!
This dinner is FABULOUS warm or cold!
